Who is MO ?

I’m Mohsen “Mo” Ben Cheikh, a commercial and advertising photographer now based in Chicago, specializing in product, food, and industrial photography.

With a background spanning Paris, Tunis, and now the U.S., I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with brands of all sizes—helping them translate ideas into striking visuals that resonate. My path began in Paris with PackshotCreator, where I sharpened my technical craft in product photography, and grew into running my own studio, working on campaigns ranging from luxury goods to large-scale industrial projects.

What drives my work is simple: I don’t just photograph objects—I capture the way they make us feel. Every project is a chance to blend precision with creativity, producing imagery that’s both visually powerful and strategically effective.

Over the years, I’ve worked alongside talented art directors, designers, and agencies across continents, and led more than 200 training sessions on professional photography techniques. Each collaboration continues to inspire me, reminding me that great images are born from shared vision and trust. I’ve worked in very diverse conditions, from photographing diamonds in Parisian undergrounds, luxury hotel hammams  in the Tunis medina, to chasing shadows in Costa Rican rainforests. 

Now in Chicago, I’m excited to bring this experience to new creative partnerships—whether building brand stories, elevating products, or shaping campaigns that stand out.
